What they wrote
Every guest is offered the public review link after rating, whatever they gave — never only the happy ones. Set that link per hotel under Hotels & office. A comment here can be quoted on the website only with the guest's name and date as written.
Record a sale

This month so far
| Person | Salary | Days P / ½ / A | Base | Commission | Adjustments | Net | Status |

Base pay: monthly salary minus absent days (salary ÷ days in month) and half of that for half days; a daily rate is paid per day worked (half days count half). Sick, vacation, excused and off days are paid — add a deduction if not. Commission comes from the Sales tab. Mark paid freezes the numbers and publishes the payslip to the person; until then they see nothing. Set salaries in the roster: open a person → Salary.
Items & commission
For each item: the price a guest pays in each currency, and the commission the seller gets per unit in that same currency. Example: Disco tour 25 USD or 20 EUR, commission 5 USD or 5 EUR. When you record a sale you enter the cash per currency; the portal works out the units (cash ÷ price) and the commission per currency. Leave a currency empty if the item is not sold in it.
Tap a shift letter to switch it on or off for that person and day, or tap off for a day off. Nothing marked means the person works every shift (today's behaviour). Staff see only their own shifts and "Tomorrow: day off" on their card; attendance, decisions, the digest and payroll only expect scheduled shifts. A day off is paid on a monthly salary and simply not worked on a daily rate. Press Save week when you are done — changed rows are marked yellow until saved.
Add an activity
| Time | Activity | Place | Who |

Guests see only the activities set to "Shown to guests" or "Guests can sign up", on the "What's on today?" page (QR card in the Guests tab) — never staff names or notes. Staff see the whole day's programme on their card, their own activities highlighted, and tomorrow's programme as soon as you enter it. Changes are saved immediately. "Share on WhatsApp" sends the day as text to your team group.
Every shift is judged on its own: checked in by the shift start + grace → Present; later → Late · needs decision; no check-in after that time → Absent. The day is Present when every shift was attended, Half day when some were, Absent when none. Staff who could not check in send you a note per shift; late shifts and notes appear above the table with Present / Excused / Absent buttons. Use Day mark for sick days, vacation, days off or a whole-day correction; it wins over the shifts in the export. In the plan card you choose, per day, where each shift checks in.

Shifts
Staff check in and out for each shift separately. Clear a name to remove that shift. Grace = minutes after the start that still count as on time; later is "Late · needs decision".Spots — places a shift can check in
Stand at the spot and tap "Use my current location", or paste the pin from Google Maps. 100–200 m is a sensible radius for one area. Spots are stored when you press Save hotel. In the Attendance tab you choose, per day, which spot each shift uses.Office accounts
Google accounts that can open this admin page. Built-in accounts cannot be removed. Adding someone here is enough — no code or rules change needed.

The budget — this is the only place prices ever appear
Each hotel gets its own page on its own long link, and only that hotel's prices are on it. The page is never listed on the website and search engines are told to ignore it. Unpublish in the list kills the link the moment a proposal is off the table.
